Flavonoids help lower blood pressure and facilitates proper flow of blood to your brain and heart. Believe it or not, coffee can help you reduce anxiety. However, this varies from one person to the other. The issue with coffee is caffeine. Though it can elevate your mood and energy, too much coffee intake can lead to palpitations and jitters that increases anxiety.
